Return and Refund Policy
At Loventus, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. Below you will find our return policy.
Return Period:
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return after this period.
Return Conditions:
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Custom made items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective. Custom made items are made especially for you and cannot be resold. Items not custom made can be returned provided all conditions are met.
- Provide the return with a track and trace code (own costs)
Email on the day of shipment a picture of the track and trace code
- The return form must be printed in the package
- The product must be sent in unused condition
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, sending a damaged product through your own fault will therefore not be processed.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Return Process:
If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@loventus.com to inform us of your return. We will then send you further instructions on how to return the item.
Return Costs:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or does not match the description.
Please note, returns must be sent back to our supplier in China at your own expense.
Refund:
We will process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. You can expect the refund within 30 days after receiving the returned item. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your order.
Notes:
We are not responsible for delays or damage during the return shipment. We recommend that you inspect the return package within 24 hours of receiving it and contact us if there are any issues.
