LOVEntus is a retreat center, which provides a setting where you will develop skills and techniques to redirect and balance your emotional and spiritual center of gravity in order to achieve harmony in your life. Modules are designed to bring serenity
and mindfulness to your life, thus allowing you to build a greater sense of
self and establish insightful, engaged connections to the world.
It is important to realize that mindfulness is not a state one simply "has", or can learn once, and then access at will forever. Rather, it is a practice that requires diligent training. It is therefore not a matter of simply attending a retreat or doing an activity once or twice, but rather a life long behavioral commitment to incorporating these exercises into your life on a consistent, sometimes daily, basis. The retreat center provides opportunities to engage in activities, which will help you establish this life long practice. The objective is to allow you to reach a constant, intentional, and non-judgmental state of awareness and thus experience a greater sense of physical and spiritual well being.
